How do I know whether my request is a schedule fit-in or a scheduled delivery?

The classification depends on the requested delivery date.

• Schedule fit-in (D): requests for same-day delivery, submitted by 12 p.m.

• Scheduled delivery: requests for future dates, up to three days in advance.

For scheduled deliveries, the following deadlines apply:

• D-1 (next day): request by 4 p.m.;

• D-2 and D-3: requests may be submitted at any time, subject to Customer Service Center availability.
