Can I reschedule a load?

Yes, however reschedules must follow the scheduling rules (EM D, D-1, D-2 and D-3) and include the product quantity in FLEX UC on the new desired date. The dates must be changed in both FLEX UC and EBS.

For orders that contain two or more products, the order must be canceled and a new one created with the correct date.
